This trip solidified my love for English Breakfasts. I love the poached eggs. I love the brown sauce. I love the beans. I love the thick bacon. I love the cheese. It’s exactly what I want in the mornings. So simple. So tasty. Big fan.
Sidenote: Can someone teach me how to poach an egg? This seems like a skill I should acquire.
