This happened to be the night my future husband and I got engaged so the meal was memorable for more than just the melted cheese (although I still can’t stop thinking about the melted cheese).

Seriously. This melted cheese/tomato/sausage thing is definitely something I could eat every day for the rest of my life and be very very happy about it. And I don’t think my judgment was clouded by the love-euphoria… My love for cheese is only slightly less strong than my love for my husband.

Who knew Argentina was into melted cheese? Must schedule trip to Argentina… Please send tips on where to find the best melted cheese in Argentina!
