More Oysters in Maine

Oh, did you think I was only going to talk about eating oysters in Maine once?

Shnope.

There were more oysters to be had, so we had them. Plus some blackened fishes. Charred things are always solid. So many flavors pop out at you when something has been burned. I don’t know what I’m talking about “technically-speaking”, but… amirite?
