We have determined that we are oyster people, right? I mean, not people who are also oysters. But oyster-positive people. So we’re in Maine, and we have to eat oysters at the oysteriest oyster house there is. There is nothing like a fresh oyster. Briny. Salty. Meaty. Yummy. I love ’em and I want more of ’em.
Plus we love anyplace with a nod to a Japanese aesthetic.
