You know those nights where you start with a cocktail or two after it’s already pretty late, then move into the restaurant while people are wrapping up their meals and starting their coffee? The restaurant is buzzing with conversation flowing over the last sips of wine. And you’re just getting started with your oysters? That’s how we did Brasserie Lipp. We started at the Jules Verne Panoramic Bar at the top of the building for drinks. The views were worth it alone. It was a lovely perspective of Zurich. Then we moved downstairs into the restaurant for a VERY decadent meal with the aforementioned oysters, Swiss stew, sausage, rosti, and the coolest fake apple dessert!
