Another day, another tagine. After wandering around Marrakech in the heat, we were brought to this oasis with plush cushions, tiled mosaics, and air conditioning. The food was beautiful and officially kicked off an obsession with oranges and cinnamon. We had this dessert a couple of times throughout our time in Morocco and it was so delicious and spicy and refreshing that when it gets hot out now, all I want is oranges and cinnamon. There’s something Pavlovian going on there I’m sure.
