We went for “classic” on this particular night. But of course, we added some dashes of decadence. We can’t help ourselves. When they say there are morels, we have to try them. Have to. Then we have to try them on the filet. Duh. Then why not add the Bearnaise sauce? Sure. And pair it with scalloped potatoes with Gruyere and Parmesan? Ok.
Then go home and fall asleep immediately? Yep.
